Storing and curing garlic

Garlic stores well in the warmest rooms of the house.
People once believed that garlic had the power to protect their homes.

Garlic braids are a warm homely decoration for kitchens and dinning-rooms. Certified garlic plants, with their larger and healthier bulbs, are both a feast for the eye and the palate!

Shop-bought garlic heads have sometimes been refrigerated: in which case they will rapidly start germinating, leaving only flat empty cloves. This is not the case for home-grown certified garlic, which stores very well.
